- The monthly rates are based on room only inclusive of 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Maid service and linen change 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator electric stove, microwave, etc) with utensils and tableware.
